Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actor and singer. She is well-known for her work in the theatre and also her role as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actor (Female) and a vocalist who is most well-known for her frequent parts in the television series That's So Raven.
